Welcome to Lillie Aesthetics. By booking an appointment, receiving services, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Medical Services Disclaimer

Lillie Aesthetics, LLC provides non-surgical cosmetic treatments performed by licensed medical professionals. All services are individualized, and results are not guaranteed.

By receiving treatment, you acknowledge:

• Outcomes may vary based on individual factors
• Multiple sessions may be required for optimal results
• No specific results have been promised or guaranteed

2. Appointments & Cancellations

• A valid card may be required to book appointments
• Some appointments may require a deposit for booking. All treatment deposits are stored into the patients wallet and can be applied to the treatment at time of service. 
• 48-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee of $100
• Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings or discharge from the practice.
• Late arrivals may result in shortened or rescheduled appointments

3. Payments & Refund Policy

• Payment is due at the time of service
• We accept major credit/debit cards and approved payment methods
• We also accept CareCredit as a financing option for eligible purchases

All sales are final.

• No refunds on services rendered
• No refunds on prepaid packages, memberships, or deposits
• Product exchanges may be offered at provider discretion

4. Promotions & Discounts

• Promotions, discounts, and special offers (including but not limited to tox days, laser promotions, and seasonal specials) cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated
• Discounts and promotional pricing are subject to change and may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time without prior notice
• Promotional pricing is valid only for the specified timeframe and terms associated with the promotion

5. Laser Hair Removal Membership Terms

Lillie Aesthetics offers two laser hair removal membership packages: the Founding Client Package and the Signature Package. By purchasing or enrolling in a membership, you agree to the following terms:

Membership Packages

Founding Client Package

• Includes 6 laser hair removal sessions

Signature Package

• Includes 8 laser hair removal sessions
• Includes 2 complimentary touch-up sessions

Validity Period

All sessions included in either membership package must be used within 24 months (2 years) from the date of purchase.

• Any unused sessions after the expiration period will be forfeited
• Extensions may be granted at the discretion of Lillie Aesthetics in special circumstances

Touch-Up Sessions

• The Signature Package includes 2 complimentary touch-up sessions
• Additional touch-ups beyond those included will be offered at 50% off the standard service price, provided the client remains in good standing
• Touch-ups are intended for maintenance and may be recommended based on individual treatment response

Scheduling & Attendance

• Membership sessions must be scheduled in advance based on provider availability
• Standard cancellation and no-show policies apply to all membership appointments
• Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of a session

Membership Payment Terms

• Memberships must be paid in full or per-session at the time of each treatment
• CareCredit is accepted as a financing option for eligible clients
• Membership benefits are active only while payments are current and in good standing
• Failure to maintain payment obligations may result in suspension or termination of membership benefits

Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable

• Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser
• Membership purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances

Medical & Treatment Considerations

• All laser treatments require an initial consultation and ongoing clinical assessment
• Treatment eligibility may vary based on skin type, hair type, medical history, and provider evaluation
• Lillie Aesthetics reserves the right to modify treatment intervals or recommendations based on safety and clinical judgment

Package Expiration & Forfeiture

• Unused sessions remaining after the 2-year validity period will be forfeited without refund
• It is the client’s responsibility to track and complete sessions within the designated timeframe

6. Age Requirement

All clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive services. Proof of age may be required. Minors are not eligible for treatment.

7. Gift Cards

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash
• Gift cards must be presented at the time of service
• Lillie Aesthetics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards
• Gift cards have an expiration date, which is stated on the physical or digital gift card
• Unless otherwise specified, gift cards are typically valid for at least one (1) year from the date of purchase
• Gift cards may be used toward eligible services and products unless otherwise stated
• Any remaining balance may be applied toward future services in accordance with our policies

8. Clinical Judgment & Provider Authority

All treatments are performed under the discretion of licensed medical professionals. Lillie Aesthetics reserves the right to:

• Modify treatment plans based on clinical judgment
• Decline or postpone treatment at any time if deemed unsafe or not in the client’s best interest
• Adjust treatment settings, protocols, or recommendations to ensure safety and optimal outcomes

Provider decisions are made in alignment with patient safety, medical standards, and professional responsibility.

9. Adverse Reactions & Follow-Up Care

While complications are rare, all medical and aesthetic procedures carry inherent risks.

• Clients are responsible for monitoring their response following treatment
• Any adverse reactions or concerns must be reported to Lillie Aesthetics promptly
• Follow-up care may be recommended or required depending on the situation

Lillie Aesthetics does not provide emergency medical care. Clients experiencing complications should seek evaluation and treatment from an appropriate specialist, urgent care provider, emergency department, or their primary care provider as needed.

10. Treatment Consent & Client Responsibility

By receiving services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete medical history
• Disclose medications, allergies, and health conditions
• Follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions

Failure to follow instructions may impact results and is not the responsibility of Lillie Aesthetics.

11. Injectables & Laser Treatments

Aesthetic treatments, including injectables and laser services such as those performed with the Candela GentleMax Pro Plus and injectables like Botox, carry potential risks.

By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge:

• Risks, benefits, and alternatives have been explained
• You have had the opportunity to ask questions
• You provide informed consent prior to treatment

Lillie Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or not in the client’s best interest.

12. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive for excellent outcomes, individual results vary, and no guarantees are made regarding the effectiveness or longevity of treatments.

13. Photography & Media

With your consent, photos may be taken for clinical documentation. Optional consent may be given for marketing use.

14. Website Use

By using our website, you agree:

• Not to misuse, copy, or distribute content without permission
• That all content is for informational purposes only
• That submission of forms does not establish a provider-patient relationship until confirmed

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lillie Aesthetics shall not be liable for:

• Any adverse reactions or complications when proper consent has been obtained
• Failure to achieve desired results
• Issues resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions

16. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for:

• Safety concerns
• Inappropriate behavior
• Contraindications to treatment

17. Changes to Terms

Lillie Aesthetics may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
