A local Baltimore gal, Erin is the founder and medical director of Lillie Aesthetics. She is a board certified Nurse Practitioner with a doctorate of nursing practice from University of Maryland, Baltimore. Erin's caring bedside manner and aesthetic knowledge has won the heart of many clients. She highly values client-provider relationships and strives to offer natural-appearing enhancements. She has had extensive training all over the country and continues to learn from medical providers on the superior evidence-based aesthetic practices. Erin has a passion for training new injectors and educating patients about skin care, injectables, and overall wellness. Erin takes pride in being a well-rounded, highly educated practitioner to provide the utmost care to all of her clients. 

Ronni brings over 7 years of professional esthetic experience and is well known for her result driven approach. Her driving passion is corrective skincare for acne and aging clients. Ronni is an instructor for the esteemed PRO+ Skin Academy esthetics school and is also a member of Maryland’s Esthetician Alliance. Ronni is the owner of VitalSkin by Ronni and provides services to her clients at Lillie Aesthetics X Vital Skin located in beautiful Nottingham, Maryland.
