A proud Baltimore native, Erin is the founder and medical director of Lillie Aesthetics. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. With over 16 years of medical experience, a compassionate approach, and a deep knowledge of aesthetic medicine, Erin has earned the trust and loyalty of her clients.

Erin is known for her commitment to creating natural-looking results and building strong, lasting relationships with those she cares for. She has received advanced training from top aesthetic educators across the country and remains dedicated to staying current with evidence-based practices in the ever-evolving field of medical aesthetics.

A passionate educator, Erin enjoys mentoring new injectors, educating nursing students at a local community college, and empowering her patients through education on skincare, injectables, and overall wellness. Her favorite treatments to perform include Botox, lip filler, and microneedling—procedures that highlight her keen eye for detail and balanced, holistic approach.

When she’s not in the treatment room, Erin enjoys spending time with her two toddlers and taking on home projects, always bringing the same energy and creativity she shares with her clients every day.

With over seven years of nursing experience, Krystal is a highly skilled registered nurse specializing in laser hair removal, with a strong clinical foundation in both emergency and urgent care settings. She brings advanced expertise in the Candela GentleMax Pro Plus, allowing her to safely and effectively treat a wide range of skin types and concerns with precision and confidence.

Krystal is deeply passionate about laser treatments and overall skin health, and she takes pride in educating her clients so they feel informed, empowered, and confident throughout their treatment journey. Her meticulous attention to detail, combined with her warm and approachable nature, has made her a trusted and sought-after provider among her clients.

Outside of the treatment room, Krystal enjoys volunteering at her local animal shelter and spending quality time with her husband and their four dogs.

Christy is a highly skilled registered nurse with over eight years of experience in medical aesthetics, specializing in injectables, laser treatments, and advanced aesthetic services. Her expertise in Botox, dermal fillers, and energy-based technologies is complemented by her commitment to delivering natural, refined results.

Passionate about enhancing confidence, Christy takes a personalized approach to every treatment—listening closely to her clients’ goals and thoughtfully tailoring each plan to complement their unique features. Her meticulous attention to detail and calming presence have made her a trusted favorite among patients.

In addition to her work in aesthetics, Christy serves as a pediatric infusion nurse and nurse researcher, bringing compassion and precision to every aspect of her career. A Baltimore native now living in Fallston, she is a proud mom to two spunky teenagers and their beloved pup, Spike.

Taylor is a skilled aesthetic registered nurse with a background in Neuro ICU care. Her passion for wellness, precision, and patient-centered care makes her a natural fit for the world of aesthetics. Taylor brings both clinical expertise and a nurturing touch to every appointment, whether she’s performing injectables, skincare treatments, or laser services.

Outside of the treatment room, Taylor is a proud wife and mom to a sweet baby boy, along with two lovable Labrador retrievers. On her days off, you can find her enjoying Starbucks strolls with her little one and diving into the latest in skincare science and aesthetic innovations. Her dedication to learning and warm, friendly personality make her a valued part of our team—and a favorite among clients.

Ronni is a highly respected licensed esthetician and Baltimore native with over seven years of professional experience in the aesthetics industry. Well known for her expertise and results-driven approach, Ronni specializes in corrective skincare for acne-prone and aging skin, helping clients achieve healthy, radiant complexions through customized treatment plans and advanced techniques.

Her passion for skin health extends beyond the treatment room. Ronni is an instructor at the esteemed PRO+ Skin Academy and a proud member of Maryland’s Esthetician Alliance—continuously investing in the growth of the industry and the next generation of skincare professionals.
